The exterior of the building is a 3 coat plaster system with a fine sand finish, Spanish style clay roof tiles, and stained and shaped corbels to give the building an old world feel with modern amenities.

Silvercreek Chevron

The Silvercreek Chevron project is a 6000 square foot Convenience Store and Fuel Station with a 900 square foot walk in cooler and a 16 pump fuel island. The building is wood framed with a three coat plaster system along with a dry stack stone veneer on the exterior. The interior has a stained and polished concrete floor, T-bar acoustical ceiling, hanging “clouds”, a raised check-out area and gyp-board painted walls.

Sully’s Chevron

The New Sully’s Chevron Station is a 6,076 square foot building with a 1,124 square foot outdoor dining patio.  This project is a Full Service Convenience Store, Gas Station, and Quick Serve Restaurant.  The wood framed structure has a three-coat plaster system with aluminum storefront and a built-up roof.  The interior building slab and patio slab are stained and sealed to accentuate the vibrant colors of the interior painting and graphics.

FedEx Ground Distribution Center

The Shafter FedEx distribution facility is a 210,000 square feet concrete tilt with 8,000 square feet of metal stud framed office on a 21.86 acre site for Scannell Properties. The building consists of 71 roll up doors, 56 of which are elevated dock doors.

Seneca Resources New Office Facility

The new Seneca Resources West Coast Division office building is a one-story Class A office space which is 15,000 square-feet, including nearly 3,000 square feet for future expansion.  The new building features an Executive Office, 28 individual offices, 2 conference rooms with integrated high-end a/v systems, and an Employee Lounge with an attached Patio.

The exterior of the building is wood framed mixed with structural steel, and metal stud secondary framing.  Exterior finishes are primarily made up of a high-end EIFS system which is accented by Slate Tile, Dryvit, and Aluminum Storefront.  The finishes mixed with the Architectural design of the building create a modern oasis for one of Bakersfield’s finest Oil Companies.

The interior finishes consist of an array of porcelain tiles, modular carpet tiles, solid surface countertops, glass wall systems, architectural ceilings, and a well-planned color scheme tie together with the exterior of the building to create an architectural masterpiece.

The new Kern Schools Federal Credit Union Administration building is a three story, 64,142 square feet, class A office space. The building is structural steel with composite concrete decks at second and third floors, and metal stud secondary framing. The majority of the exterior is a curtain wall glass system, the rest is EIFS. The building will be the administration building for all branch support, human resources, accounting, marketing, call center, and the executive staff.
