Wasco Farmworker’s Housing
This project consists of a 17 acre site with 226 residential units ranging from 1-4 bedrooms each. Total residential square footage is 226,772 sf. There is also a 3000 sf community center with offices and a maintenance shop, as well as 3 laundry buildings and a playground. We are also completing all site work including wet and dry utilities, streets, sidewalks, landscaping, etc. All residential units and the community building will be equipped with a fire sprinkler system. Solar will be installed on site as well. This is a green point rated project. We have had anywhere from 80 – 100 workers on site each day and this number may go up when starting on interior finishes. This project has a tight schedule from and empty field to completion in under 16 months. We are expecting to be completed by the end of 2018.

Almond Court & Solinas Village Apartments
The occupied 52 unit Solinas Village and the 36 unit Almond Court rental projects underwent major renovations to help sustain long-term preservation and affordability. Both properties received new energy efficient windows and exterior lighting with led fixture. The kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms in each apartment were also renovated to include new kitchen and bath cabinets, energy efficient appliances, new flooring, new plumbing, and new fixtures. In addition, the properties each received new playground equipment with shade covers. Both projects were accomplished by only displacing 4 tenants at a time.

Residences at Old Town Kern
The Residences of Old Town Kern is a new multifamily project in the historic Old Town Kern area of Bakersfield. The project consists of the renovation of the Cornet building that is a historical landmark on Baker street and the new construction of 5 new three story apartment buildings. There will be a total of 50 new residential apartments, a community area, and secure parking. The newly renovated Cornet Building will feature a new elevator, card access controlled entry doors, laundry facility and future build out space for retail. Projected completion is December 2014.

Park Square at Seven Oaks
Park Square at Seven Oaks, located at 11325 Park Square Drive, Bakersfield, CA, consists of 224 one bedroom, two bedroom and loft apartments with a clubhouse situated on 14 acres in the Seven Oaks master planned community. The Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, Conference Area, and Wi-Fi throughout along with a Pool Area with Double Gas Grills and Fire Pit. The units (sixteen buildings, housing fourteen units each) will be the first of their kind in Bakersfield to have fiber data/communication directly to the unit. The project construction type is wood framed with plaster exterior, drywall interior and composition roofing.

Bravo Village Apartments is a 60 unit apartment complex consisting of 5 buildings on a 2.86 acre site built to Cal Green standards. The units average 855 square feet, and include covered parking, access to the attached club house, as well as a community garden area.

The Retreat At Riverlakes
The Retreat at Riverlakes is a 7 acre gated apartment development consisting of 12 buildings with 132 units in total. Each apartment building has 1st floor garages and internal stairways. Each unit averages 1,033 square feet and the detached clubhouse is 2,710 square feet. Onsite amenities include a pool, a putting green, a dog park, and an onsite gym.

Gosford Park Apartments has 24 buildings situated on a 12.16 acre site in South West Bakersfield.  The 208 unit complex consists of 24 buildings including a community building and garages.

The Residences at West Columbus
The Residences at West Columbus consist of 11 buildings on a 3.47 acre site for the Housing Authority of the County of Kern. The 56 units in the project average 1,000 square feet each with full kitchens and bathrooms. Green building materials were used throughout the project including  paint, roofing materials,  landscaping irrigation controls, and flooring adheisives.
The community building includes laundry facilities, a conference room, managers office, and a great room with acid stained concrete flooring throughout.

Beckes Street Apartments
Beckes Street Apartments in Wasco, CA consists of 17 buildings with a total of 58 units on a 4.39 acre site. Each unit has accomodations for washers and dryers, along with full kitchens and bathrooms.
The fiber cement board siding and trim, accented with colonial style handrail and the square columns give this project great eye appeal.
