Grand Island Village Retail Center

Grand Island Retail Center consists of three shell retail buildings totaling 18,100 square feet developed by Bolthouse Properties.  The theme of the center includes intricate stone columns, large rough sawn trellis, and terracotta roof tiles to create a Tuscan villa experience.  The shell buildings now include retail establishments such as Dewar’s soda fountain and fine candies, Valley Republic Bank, and Grand Island Dental.
