Park Square at Seven Oaks, located at 11325 Park Square Drive, Bakersfield, CA, consists of 224 one bedroom, two bedroom and loft apartments with a clubhouse situated on 14 acres in the Seven Oaks master planned community. The Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, Conference Area, and Wi-Fi throughout along with a Pool Area with Double Gas Grills and Fire Pit. The units (sixteen buildings, housing fourteen units each) will be the first of their kind in Bakersfield to have fiber data/communication directly to the unit.
