Tractor Supply

The New Tractor Supply Store is a 21,771 square foot Building with a 1,250 square foot Storage Building.  The building is a metal stud framed exterior, covered by plywood with 3 coat plaster and a wood panelized roof system with TPO Roof.   The majority of the sales floor is filled with Tractor Supply furnished shelving and racking systems.  The project, on 2.3 acres, was completed in just 4.5 months from the beginning of rough grading to Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
